CPYSL ODP Teams Excel
at March Madness Tourney

On Mar. 29-30, the CPYSL League ODP teams traveled down to Maryland to participate in the MSI March Madness Soccer tournament.

The League ODP teams started off on a roll Saturday, going 11-2-6 in their games. On Sunday, things did not change all that much — of the nine teams playing, seven advanced to the semi-finals, five of those went on to finals and four of those five came home with tournament trophies (the fifth lost in PKs)!

Overall, it was another great showing by the teams. The lone two teams that did not make it into the semi-final round were our U9 boys, who did not have a semi-final at the their age division, and U12 girls, who played up in the U13 division with hard-fought results of 0-0, 1-2, and 1-1.

All the families should be proud of their young players and we have a bright future in Central Pennsylvania! Also, a big thanks to those clubs out there producing these kids.
