Women's Professional Soccer Expands
to Philadelphia in 2010

As Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) prepares for its inaugural 2009 season, WPS Commissioner Tonya Antonucci announced that the league has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for an expansion franchise in Philadelphia.
