Eastern Pennsylvania’s 2009 State Cups are complete! Winners at the USYS National Championship Series State Cup level, sponsored by Angelo’s Soccer Corner, advanced to the 2009 USYS Region I Championships, July 2-7 in West Virginia, while the winners at the Fast Fixin’s Challenge Cup level moved on to face the region’s other top squads in the 2009 President’s Cup Region I finals earlier this month. It is with great sadness that we note the passing of the greatest champions of our sport and finest people we have been blessed to know.
